
It’s Good to Be Green Protein Meal Smoothie

Ingredients
10 oz. Hemp Mylk (see Recipe below)
¼ cup pineapple (you can go for organic frozen as well)
½ Banana
¼ of an avocado
1 cup spinach (or your favorite leafy green)
½ fresh lemon juice
2 inch piece of fresh ginger (or 1 tsp powdered ginger)
1 Tsp Spirulina powder (I love Blue Majik)
Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth
- Sprinkle your favorite nuts, seeds or raw cacao nibs on top for crunch!
