Your health is your greatest asset. We have heard it time and time again, but sometimes putting it into action is where we fall off the tracks!

Most of us know what we need to do, but then fall short of actually putting the consistent steps in place and taking action to make change. The worst is when we feel forced to make changes and then we definitely don’t want to do it…..where is the joy in that???!!

Many things get in our way of making those shifts to healthier habits…..work, kids, schedules, our own voice….the list goes on from making the decision to fuel our life to look and feel great!

That’s where I step in, giving you a gentle kick in the tush to energize and motivate you to step into making healthier choices. YOU provide a tremendous amount of value to the world and the people around you!

This is why I’m SO EXCITED to lead a (4) week LIVE (yes, live…nothing taped) class where we dive into a different SIMPLE action step each week that includes a fun, totally manageable worksheet that will keep you focused and sailing for success!! Nothing hard, confusing, boring, tasteless or joyless. Just simple fun techniques that will keep you motivated and turn actionable steps into every day healthy habits!

How to build more confidence and do it with joy in making the best choices to fuel your body and mind. Confidence is a total game changer!!
Encouragement to try different things. Sometimes we all just need shared energy to give you the momentum you need to make those changes. I’ve got you!

Set your Goals so they work for YOU! More than not, we don’t have a solid plan in place to get us moving towards our desired outcome! I’ll teach you my simple formula to put those goals into action.

  • Every week we meet LIVE for (4) consecutive weeks for 40 minutes (I always make time towards the end for your questions….after all everyone has different needs)
  • You will get a link sent to your inbox with instructions each week….there may be some extra goodies in there as well (I love giving health inspired gifts!!)

Dates: Tuesday-Oct. 13th, Oct. 20th, Oct. 27th, Nov. 3rd @ 8 p.m. EST

  • After each class, I’ll give a sweet “work at home” sheet to help you stay on track with each of the lessons we go through (think simple, fun and totally doable). I designed them to keep you motivated and accountable.
  • Would love for you to join us live each week, but totally get that life happens so if you need to watch the replay they will be in your inbox.
