
A delicious Omega rich sauce that works great on protein and veggies!! Need an extra kick….add some cayenne for a metabolism booster and digestive aid!
Avocado Tahini Sauce
- 1 small avocado (or ½ a largeone)
- 1½ tablespoonstahini
- 2 tablespoons lemonjuice
- 1 small garlicclove
- 1 tablespoon oliveoil
- 2 tablespoonswater
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in blender and use as sauce or dressing.
Optional: Add a pinch of Cayenne for an extra kick!
