A delicious Omega rich sauce that works great on protein and veggies!! Need an extra kick….add some cayenne for a metabolism booster and digestive aid!

Avocado Tahini Sauce

  1. 1 small avocado (or ½ a largeone)
  2. 1½ tablespoonstahini
  3. 2 tablespoons lemonjuice
  4. 1 small garlicclove
  5. 1 tablespoon oliveoil
  6. 2 tablespoonswater
  7. salt and pepper

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in blender and use as sauce or dressing.

Optional: Add a pinch of Cayenne for an extra kick!
