Brain and Gut Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8–10 oz of your favorite non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened flax)
  • ½ Avocado
  • Small handful of spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice
  • Stevia or 1 Date (if needed for sweetness)
  • Fresh Mint (optional)

Boosters:

  • 1 serving Collagen
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

(Feel free to add or change boosters that work best for your body)

Instructions

Blend all.  Raw Cacao bibs on top for crunch!
