Ingredients

  • 16 oz Room Temp water
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 Lemon or lime Squeeze and add to water
  • 2 Tablespoons Aloe Vera juice (I like George’s) 
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

Stir and Enjoy!

  • 16 oz Coconut Water (I like Harmless Coconut or fresh)
  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Lemon or lime Squeezed
  • Optional
  • A couple drops of liquid Stevia if sweetener needed
