Healthy Bloom Smoothie

I call this the “Healthy Bloom” Smoothie because it gives your body a healthy dose of life giving chlorophyll that Mimics red blood cells in the body AND tastes amazing! The beautiful green goodness heals the body from the inside out!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz of your favorite plant based unsweetened mylk (I like hemp, flax or almond)
  • 1 small handful of spinach (kale works too…massage time break down fibers)
  • 1 small pear (Anjou…frozen works great)
  • small handful of raw almonds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp Spirulina or Blue/Green Algea (I like @sakaralife super powder)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ice

Optional add in: 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs at the end of blend cycle. Just pulse to keep it crunchy

Instructions

Blend. Pulse in Raw Cacao Nibs at the end for an extra dose of magnesium goodness!
