Golden Bone Broth Cauliflower Mash
Bone broth replaces ALL butter and oil · Collagen-boosting · Gut-supportive · Deeply satisfying
Ingredients
Units Scale
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3/4 cup high-quality bone broth (chicken or beef)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, savory depth)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Sea salt and white pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley to top
Instructions
- Steam or boil cauliflower until very tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and pat dry — excess water equals watery mash.
- While still hot, transfer to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Warm bone broth with minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add warm bone broth, collagen peptides, nutritional yeast, and turmeric to the cauliflower.
- Process until silky smooth. Season generously with salt and white pepper.
- Serve topped with fresh herbs. Pairs beautifully with wild salmon or grass-fed beef.
Notes
The bone broth does triple duty — it adds collagen-building amino acids, rich umami flavor, and replaces all added fat without sacrificing creaminess. The collagen peptides dissolve completely and are tasteless. No one will know.
